As the GM for Flint Direct (Division of Flint Communications) I was responsible for the strategic direction of how this department would support Bobcat, Bobcat dealers and Flint Communications. Over the course of a few years I managed a team of 3 to a dedicated team of 13 whose focus was dedicated to dealer channel marketing for clients with multiple store/dealer locations. This work included: direct mail, email marketing, website build, list management, ad builder program, strategy planning, and custom creative – all guaranteed to be brand compliant.
